Raga, mi sembra nettamente hypato e basta su, finita l'era del fenomeno brendan schaub adesso c'è travis brown?
Conta che nei welter per il titolo c'è andata gente come Hardy e nei medi fighters come Cote....

http://blogs.telegraph.co.uk/sport/gare ... ian-stann/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;Chael Sonnen ha scritto:“My biggest problem isn’t Brian Stann. My biggest concern going into this fight is that his coach is my mentor. A man named John Bardis. It’s a major conflict for me. I don’t know if Brian Stann can figure out how to beat me, but I do know that John Bardis does know how to beat me.”
“I’m a wrestler – John Bardis is a distinguished member of the wrestling Hall of Fame. There’s nothing in my bag of tricks he doesn’t know how to counter. I love the guy. He treats me like a son. He’s a great man. He’s more than a friend. He’s a mentor to me.”
“I’m saying this very light-heartedly, but if I could change one thing,I would take coach John Bardis out of his corner and stick him up in the stands and make him watch us. I’m not happy that he’s going to be coming up with Brian’s game plan.”

“I also wouldn’t have taken it personally anyway if there was anything used to generate hype. But I really think that our skill sets and the weight of this fight has generated all the hype it needs.”
“This is the first fight where I just got a phone call and was told who I was fighting. Normally, there’s a process. My manager throws out a couple of names, and then (UFC matchmaker) Joe Silva throws out a couple of names. We were in that process, then all of a sudden after UFC 132 when Chris Leben knocked out Wanderlei Silva, it was 48 hours later. Boom, this is who you’re fighting.”

Per come la vedo io, se Sonnen batte Stann, il rematch non glielo negherà nessuno. Ci sarebbe troppa attesa dietro per far dire a Dana White "no, meglio qualcun'altro". Invece se Stann vince e Dan Henderson vince, penso che il pelatone opterebbe per "Hendo"...in definitiva l'ex WEC Light Heavyweight Champion dovrebbe vincere e tifare per "Shogun" per poter andare contro Anderson.
